RaceTek Simulators and Jonathan Lee Recruitment at the Cenex Connected Automated Mobility Event 2023

Jonathan Lee Recruitment commissioned RaceTek Simulators with a specific brief. We wanted to attract clients and candidates to our stand at the Cenex Low Carbon Vehicle exhibition with a showcase that would be relevant, interesting and a point of interest that would effectively utilise a restricted footprint.

RaceTek provided us with a state-of-the-art racing simulator with a virtual circuit based on Silverstone race track, and a hybrid-fuelled race car that was appropriate for the event we were exhibiting at. The highly impressive piece of equipment was fully furnished with Jonathan Lee Recruitment branding and a dedicated driving expert was at hand to coach people on driving the simulator to achieve the best race times possible.

The stand became a focal point for the event and interested delegates were soon queuing up to get onto the simulator to try their hand at posting their best lap time. We were delighted at the interest the simulator created, and the opportunity it offered us to connect with potential clients and candidates.
Having a RaceTek former racing driver on hand gave professional driver insight to our customers and it allowed the team from Jonathan Lee to get on with the business of having conversations with people without having to worry about running the simulator.

The simulator exceeded our expectations, it provided an engaging driver experience, stimulating realism with high-quality sound and actuators that created life-like driving characteristics which literally drove visitors to our stand.
