When it comes to recruitment we dont wholeheartedly agree with this phrase, as there is no doubt that you need to have the right skills and expertise to be able to do a job, but, we do believe its important to network within your industry.

Whether its by attending events, being active on social media or being a member of a professional body. Networking enables you to meet like-minded people and gives you a platform to show and talk about your expertise in a certain area.

Networking could allow you to hear about job opportunities and will put you in the front of peoples minds when it comes to any job opportunities that they may have or know of in your field.

We recommend networking as much as possible.
