SABCA is one of the main aerospace companies in Belgium. Its workforce consist of a thousand of highly skilled employees including engineer and aerospace technician on four sites worldwide.

Operating as the depot capacity of the Belgian Air Force's jet fighters for over fifty years, SABCA Charleroi is fully dedicated to the Depot-level Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul of military Aircraft, and more particularly of Jet Fighters and Combat Aircraft.

SABCA is a prime contractor for several structural modifications and operational capabilities upgrade programs on F-16 Falcon; A-10 Warthog, Dassault-Dornier Alpha Jet advanced trainer, Dassault Mirage, Agusta Westland A-109 helicopters and other aircraft types.

Among others, since 1978, more than 1300 F-16 AC have been rolled out of SABCA after having been either assembled, modified, upgraded, overhauled, painted or repaired by SABCA, including more than 590 for foreign customers.

Our customers and partners belong to the elite of the aerospace world and are spread worldwide.

The SABCA Group comprises the mother company SABCA and a fully-owned subsidiary SABCA Limburg. SABCA is listed on the Brussels Euronext stock market.

The mother company SABCA is active on two locations : the Brussels and Charleroi plants.
A vast majority of the 2.400.000 shares belong since 1968 to two important players in the aerospace world : the French Dassault Group on one side and the Dutch Stork Group on the other side.

SABCA is the owner at 99,99 % of SABCA Limburg nv, its subsidiary dedicated to the development and production of advanced composite elements for aircraft and launchers.
SABCA is a majority partner (60%) in ASM Aero, a brand-new assembly plant located in Casablanca, Morocco. ASM Aero will provide low-cost solutions in a very competitive market.

The company also possesses, directly or indirectly, minority interests in holdings or joint ventures linked to its industrial activities.
